Nothing rings in the holidays quite like Christmas fudge. Rich and chocolatey, it's one of our favorite holiday desserts to bring to a potluck or showcase at our Christmas celebration. Plus, it's a perfect last-minute homemade gift to share with friends, family and neighbors.
Never made fudge before? No sweat—our two step recipe only requires 10 minutes of prep and is so easy, this treat will become your new holiday go-to in no time.
What makes ours different?
Our base fudge recipe is a bit more chocolatey and a little less sugary, which is our perfect combo for fudge. To make it extra festive, we topped our chocolate fudge with Christmas sprinkles. But, feel free to decorate how you please! Use a combination of sprinkles—colorful, snowflakes—to turn your fudge into a winter wonderland, or top with candy, toasted nuts or even flaky sea salt—this recipe is nothing if not adaptable.
What is the best chocolate for fudge?
That's up to you! Semi-sweet chocolate chips are a classic favorite, but if you prefer a sweeter fudge then milk chocolate would be a great choice. Dark chocolate fanatic? It would also be delicious in this recipe.
How do I store it?
If you have leftovers—or if you want to make fudge ahead of time to enjoy all season long—store them in an airtight container in the fridge for around three weeks.
