If you can't get enough of the fresh flavors of bruschetta, get ready to meet your new favorite weeknight dinner. This chicken pasta—loaded with cherry tomatoes, basil, and Parm—brings the summer vibes every time it's served. Not only filled with all the fresh flavors you know and love, this chicken dinner comes together in a little over 30 minutes, making it a weeknight dinner savior when you just can't be bothered to slave away in the kitchen.
While we love this meal as is, feel free to get creative with it! Switch up the noodles if you prefer a thicker variety, or add in some balsamic for some extra zing. Craving a bit of heat? Some red pepper flakes would work beautifully in this dish. Serve this dinner with some roasted asparagus (or our caprese asparagus for extra-cheesy vibes), and you'll have a summer dinner you can whip up in under an hour.
